The room was clean, the housekeeper was great. My room was next to the elevator, but no problems with extra noise that I thought was going to be a problem. We were able to get an early check in and the night time staff was very helpful when we returned from our event late at night. Was easy to get a cab to the airport in the morning as well. An outdoor pool and a fitness centre are located on site at Four Points by Sheraton Charlotte/Pineville.
